The Bridge is a drama set on the US-Mexico border that follows two detectives, Marco Ruiz (Demian Bichir) and Sonya Cross (Diane Kruger), as they investigate a murder. In season one the series stuck to a serial-killer template but season two has opted for a more ambitious approach with a web of interconnected stories that can be confusing and muddled.
