Tyrant is a powerful drama about the struggle for power in the Middle East. It follows the story of Bassam "Barry" Al-Fayeed, a California pediatrician who returns to his fictional homeland of Abbudin after twenty years of absence. Barry is the second son of a Middle Eastern dictator but has been living in the United States since the age of 16. Now he must face the prospect of assuming a role in his family’s oppressive regime. Tyrant is a thrilling and intense story that explores themes of loyalty, family, and power. It stars Adam Rayner, Jennifer Finnigan, Ashraf Barhom, Moran Atias, and Fares Fares.
